Returns

You may return an item within 7 days of receiving it if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • You received the wrong product or model
  • The item does not match the description provided on our website

Return Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order number) is required
  • All included accessories and components must be returned

Please notify us before sending your item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Funds will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, or Wallet)

If rejected:

  • We will notify you with the reason and offer alternative solutions where applicable

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for products that are defective or damaged during shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized or modified items

How to Start a Return

  2. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions
  3. Once approved, send the product to the provided return address
  4. We’ll inspect the item and process the refund or exchange accordingly

Important Notes

  • GM Store reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions stated above
  • Refunds may take longer during public holidays or technical delays from banks
  • Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or wrongly delivered
